Qualify for Standard Mail Rate (formally bulk rate)
- Send us your mail list prior to you addressing your mailing. Per USPS requirements all list need to be run through NCOA (National Change of Address) to qualify for standard mailing rates. There is a charge of .02 per piece for this process and a .04 charge per piece, once we receive the mailing back, to verify the mailing is indeed in zip code order.
- Indicate that your mailing is standard.
- Have at least 200 identical pieces of mail.
- Organize the mailing numerically low to high according to zip code.
- Include a postage account number on the envelope or on an attached card to the mailing.
- Delivery address must be on the line immediately above the city, state, and zip. U.S. Post Office (USPS) mail sorting machines read the address from the bottom up. If there is a dual address (i.e., a street address and a PO Box), the piece will be delivered to the first address listed.
- Standard mail is not sealed against postal inspection.
